In 1963, The Beatles performed their hit song “From Me to You” on the British television show “Thank Your Lucky Stars.”

In 1971, The Rolling Stones released their album “Sticky Fingers,” which included hits such as “Brown Sugar” and “Wild Horses.”

In 1978, Bob Marley and the Wailers performed their legendary concert at the One Love Peace Concert in Kingston, Jamaica, where Marley brought rival political leaders together on stage and urged for peace.

In 1985, USA for Africa’s “We Are the World” benefit single, featuring an all-star lineup of musicians including Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, and Bruce Springsteen, reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

In 1992, Def Leppard released their album “Adrenalize,” which included the hit singles “Let’s Get Rocked” and “Make Love Like a Man.”

In 1993, Aerosmith released their album “Get a Grip,” which included the hit singles “Livin’ on the Edge” and “Cryin’.”

In 2001, Weezer released their self-titled album, also known as the “Green Album,” which included the hit singles “Hash Pipe” and “Island in the Sun.”

In 2004, Metallica released their album “Some Kind of Monster,” which was also the title of their documentary film chronicling the making of the album.

In 2018, Janelle Monáe released her album “Dirty Computer,” which was critically acclaimed and included the hit singles “Make Me Feel” and “Pynk.”

In 2019, Bruce Springsteen released his album “Western Stars,” which was a departure from his usual rock sound and included the hit single “Hello Sunshine.”
