- In 1984, Tina Turner’s album “Private Dancer” was released. The album included hit songs like “What’s Love Got to Do With It” and “Private Dancer,” and helped to revive Turner’s career.
- In 1990, the American rock band Sonic Youth released their album “Goo,” which included the hit single “Kool Thing.”
- In 2002, Weezer released their album “Maladroit.” The album included the singles “Dope Nose” and “Keep Fishin’.”
- In 2003, the punk rock band Rancid released their album “Indestructible.” The album included the singles “Fall Back Down” and “Red Hot Moon.”
- In 2005, The White Stripes released their album “Get Behind Me Satan.” The album included the hit single “Blue Orchid” and earned critical acclaim for its experimental sound.
