6. In 1994, Nas released his album “Illmatic,” which is widely regarded as one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time.
7. In 2003, The White Stripes released their album “Elephant,” which included hits such as “Seven Nation Army” and “The Hardest Button to Button.”
8. In 2005, Cardinal Aloisio Lorscheider of Brazil, a prominent advocate for social justice, music, and culture, passed away at the age of 83.
9. In 2008, Madonna was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, becoming one of the first female artists to receive the honor.
10. In 2019, Beyoncé released her album “Homecoming,” which included live recordings from her iconic Coachella performance in 2018.
